This microwave rice pack is ideal for everyone in your household. It can be used to relieve achy areas. Or you can put in the freezer to help with ouchies. The reusable heat pack is a perfect gift for a natural remedy.
Description
Each is is filled with a generous amount of rice approximately 6lbs. The soft outer shell is made of 100% cotton flannel and is extremely cozy.
How to Use
Microwave the heating pad to provide heat for tense or achy areas or put it in the freezer as a gentle cold pack. Place it on your neck, shoulder muscles or press it against your back. This all natural remedy is unscented aside from the natural scent of rice.
*Heat for up to one to two minutes in the microwave for long lasting warmth
